What's New in v1.10:

Can no longer open database files from pre-0.90 versions that used an
XML format.

Fixed problem where requests & shuffled playlists where cleared
at every startup.

Faster Admin startup because it no longer starts out displaying
all tracks. You can still see all tracks by selecting the
root "Artists" folder.

Admin Detail view enhancements: new columns, better sorting, reset to
defaults.

New shuffle modes: random (old behavior), by-lastplayed,
by-rating, by-rating-and-lastplayed.

NOTE: I have only tested on "Pro" editions, but it should still work
on "Home" editions.
NOTE: I no longer test on Windows 95/98/Millenium, Windows NT 4.0.
